Aerobatic rating

If you wish to fly aerobatics, an aerobatic rating is mandatory for EASA registered aerobatic aircraft.

Although it is not mandatory needed to fly aerobatics with non-compliant types such as warbirds, experimental, or older aircraft, the rating is a useful and widely accepted method of recognition of aerobatics competence.

The aerobatic rating is a lifetime rating.

The course consists of theoretical knowledge instruction and at least 5 hours of aerobatic instruction (translating in 8 hours of flying time) or 20 flights.

In the nearby future FAST-ATO will be able to provide this course, at the moment the course is still under construction. Keep an eye on our social media and website for more info!
